Kinesio South Africa is dedicated to bringing the Kinesio Taping Method to health professionals in South Africa through providing the internationally standardised, CPD accredited courses. 

 

Kinesio Tape is the original elastic therapeutic tape that was developed by Dr Kenzo Kase. Kinesio Tape is designed to mimic the properties of human skin.

It is used to: 

• Re-educate the neuromuscular system

• Reduce pain
